CONSENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOS

By participating in the activities, events, programs, tournaments, and/or using the training halls and sports halls organized by the Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA), you hereby grant STTA and its affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted permission to film, photograph, and/or video record your appearance and record your voice during such activities.

You also grant STTA the right to use your image, likeness, and your voice, without any further notification or compensation, in any manner it deems fit. This includes but is not limited to use in promotional materials, publications, websites, social media, advertisements, and any other media, whether now known or hereafter devised.

You agree that you will not make any claim, sue, or hold the Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA) or its affiliates, employees, representatives, or volunteers responsible for any claim, liability, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from the use of your image, likeness, or voice, or from any claims of libel, defamation, or invasion of privacy that may arise in connection with such usage.

By participating in STTA’s activities, events, programs, tournaments, and/or using the training halls and sports halls, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this consent statement and that you voluntarily agree to its terms. If you do not wish to grant these rights, please inform STTA in writing in advance of the activity or event.
