Finance and Administrative Executive/Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration:
- Manage intranet updates, meeting logistics, and report consolidation
- Maintain newspaper articles, handle public and phone enquiries
- Oversee equipment rental and administrative coordination
- Provide support in STTA-organized events
- Coordinate facilities maintenance and administration
- Finance & Records Management:
- Maintain asset records, membership matters, and filing systems
- Update schedules and verify cash advance statements
- Assist in GIRO collections, payments, invoice issuance, and bank reconciliations
- Donor & IT Management:
- Manage donor system including donation receipt issuance
- Act as liaison between IT vendors and internal stakeholders
- Other Duties:
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
- Proactive, resourceful, independent, and a strong team player
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanour
- Ability to think creatively and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)

Table Tennis Coach
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide professional table tennis coaching services primarily for students of pre-secondary school (age 5 to 12 years old) at the training centres and/or other youth development and Learn-to-play programmes.
- To develop player performance pathways to grow into more competitive table tennis opportunities.
- To work closely with the Head Coach and the management in ensuring that coaching programs are designed to complement the Association’s mission, and are implemented in accordance with the Association’s operating policies and growth plans.
Job Requirements
- Passion and sufficiently proficient for Table Tennis and for coaching.
- Experience in coaching Table Tennis sport, especially to children, will be an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to mentor and motivate students with a wide range of skills, ages and physical abilities.
- Ability to design, plan and deliver effective coaching sessions.
- 51/2 days’ work weekly.
- Be able to travel to different work locations
- Proficient in English & Mandarin, written & verbal (Need to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Table Tennis NCAP or relevant coaching certification. Registration with NROC will be an advantage.
