The Singapore Sports School will be a hive of excitement and fierce competition this week as it hosts the 7th Singapore Junior and Hopes Invitational, welcoming 277 young athletes from eight countries.

From 3 to 7 June, rising table tennis stars from Singapore, China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Australia will come together to showcase their skills, passion, and sportsmanship.

The invitational, held annually and organised to promote youth development in table tennis, will see players compete across 4 age categories – U10, U12, U15, U19.  This promises to be one of the most exciting and competitive age-group table tennis events of the year.

Singapore will be represented by players from the Junior Development Squad, Youth Training Squad and the School within a School (Singapore Sports School).

The team event will be played on 3 and 4 June, followed by the individual events from 5 to 7 June.
